Is a division of Bald Eagle Towing and Recovery inc. A high quality no frills, inexpensive towing program.

Collier Motor Club is committed to providing a world class towing service for residents and guests of Collier County. We provide towing a rapid and damage free service 24 hours a day 365 days a year. Bald Eagle Towing has equipment designed to meet all of your emergency roadside, towing, minor vehicle towing and transport needs.

CONDITIONS AND TERMS. (72 hour activation period):

Annual contract for 1st. vehicle registered at the address is $47.50 per year or 3.95/mo.

Second vehicle registered at same address is $29.95 per year or 2.50/mo.

service by vehicle vin# transferable with vehicle Tag # at same address.

Limits:

     10 free miles towed per incident.
     $2.00 per mile after 10 miles within Collier County.
     $3.50 per mile out of Collier County.
    

Limited to:

      3 tows per year. or 5 total calls including service calls on each vehicle.

Discounts for club members on NON incarcerated Law Enforcement tows:

     25% discount on accidents and breakdowns and mishaps, discounted off Collier Ordinance tow charges.

DEFINITION OF CUSTOMER / AGENT:

The registered owner of the plans vehicle or an agent after verified owner approves of any non-owner by drivers license identification. Member or agent must be at vehicle with drivers license for any service or tow.

Service calls and tows are limited to normal conditions and the following:

Jump Starts:
    
     All vehicles must be in an accessible area that the tow truck can get to. Some parking garages are height restricted.

Tire change with vehicle spare:

     Spare is inflated and all locking nut keys are available. The vehicle must be on a hard surface. Conditions not met the vehicle is to be towed.

Fuel Delivery:

     2 gallons of fuel at the customers expense. If vehicle does not start it will be towed to the repair facility of owners choice.

Winching:

     After safe positioning of tow truck, on a paved road or drive, 25ft of cable from the rear of the truck will be included, with the exception of water over the drivers knees or in soft    mud/sand situations. Additional charges are at drivers discretion.

Lockouts:

     keys are to be in the passenger seating compartment of the vehicle. Owner or agent is to be present with drivers license. Lost keys are not covered and neither are keys in the trunk or under the hood.

Tows:

     All tows are to be performed from a paved surface only. Any irregularities of the tow or conditions of the vehicle will be discussed prior to the service. Any irregularities will be determined by the driver  and discussed prior to the service. A visual inspection by driver and owner is recommended prior to service.

Remote area charges are defined as:

     Past 5 miles east of CR 951/ Collier Blvd. or out of Collier County. Anything past the 5 mile line will be charged and payable at time of service. A fee of $2.00 per mile after 5 mile vertical line with the exception of Goodland and Port of the Islands.

Customer Responsibilities:

     Fuel for out of fuel calls. Member Pick ups are $10.00 + $2.00 per mile charge to vehicle. Out of area in-route mileage charge, defined in Out of Area Charges. Anything deemed to be not normal in the towing industry. Law-Enforcement Incarceration at full ordinance charges. Interstate of Highway Tolls charges.

NO: Commercial vehicles, off pavement tows, law-enforcement tows or impound retrievals.

NO: Unlocking of vehicles unless it's registered owner or spouse with approval, with same address and last name, with drivers license present.

Special Equipment:

     The motor Club and or Bald Eagle Towing & Recovery, Inc. is not responsible for after market equipment installed on the vehicles. Examples are, custom wheels, flares, lowering affects, skirting, louvers, etc.

ALL SERVICES MUST BE PERFORMED BY BALD EAGLE TOWING & RECOVERY INC.
