Omadi was the only software out there that would work for needs. Emailing photos to managers, documenting it, online version so you could multiple locations dispatching. We like to use Omadi because it emails photos to the managers once the vehicle is in tow.

Property managers…can log into her photos and emails in the morning so when a resident walks in the office they’re prepared for them. [They] can show [the resident] the photos.

Each property is geofenced so when a truck arrives on their property, property managers know that we were there.

A driver can actually be in the field with the cell phone he can accept the call, takes all the photos—everything is done remotely. All the drivers they love the system they have all the information in their hands now. There’s no more having to call dispatch. It’s also online so you can dispatch from any location. I could dispatch from my house I wanted to.
